1. Terms Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the PipeDN mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as the standard terms of the App Store where you downloaded it. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

⚠️ Crucial Engineering Disclaimer

PipeDN is a digital pocket reference tool intended solely for preliminary planning, estimation, and educational purposes. The pipe nominal sizing (DN) and flow velocities calculated by this App are based on standard industrial limits but do NOT substitute a complete, detailed engineering design. All final piping configurations, material specifications, safety valves, and fluid velocities must be verified and signed off by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or competent technical authority prior to physical construction, purchase, or operation.

2. Standard EULA

For users who download the App on iOS, the terms of use are governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) provided by Apple Inc. You can review the full text of Apple's standard EULA here: Apple Standard EULA.

For Android users, terms are governed by the standard Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

PipeDN offers an optional Pro version through an auto-renewable subscription (monthly/annually) or lifetime unlock. Purchases are billed to your Apple ID or Google Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store or Play Store account settings after purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, design elements, math algorithms, and database tables included in the App are the exclusive intellectual property of ARL Prime and ARL2 Serviços Técnicos Ltda. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App's structure or code without our express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARL Prime, its developer team, and ARL2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App or its calculation reports. This includes, but is not limited to, pipeline structural failures, project cost overruns, operational accidents, or sizing errors in field installations.
