Introduction

ARL Prime ("we", "our", or "us") built the PipeDN application (the "App") as a commercial application. This page is used to inform website visitors and users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who decides to use our App or visit our website.

Information Collection and Use

PipeDN is a fully offline pipe nominal diameter sizing calculator. The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage analytics. Specifically:

• We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• We do not use cookies, tracking SDKs, or analytics engines to monitor your activity.
• We do not require user registration, log-ins, or profile creation to use the calculation tools.
• We do not access your device's camera, microphone, contacts, geographic location, or files.
• All mechanical calculations are performed locally on your device. No input variables or results are ever sent to external servers.

User Preferences

The App stores your chosen language and sizing unit preferences (metric vs. imperial) locally on your device using standard sandbox storage (AsyncStorage). This data:

• Never leaves your device.
• Is not shared with any third parties.
• Can be completely removed at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App from your device.

Third-Party Services

To preserve your privacy and keep the utility fast and focused, the App does not integrate third-party SDKs that track user data, including but not limited to:

• Google Analytics or Firebase
• Facebook SDK / Meta Pixel
• External advertising networks

App Store subscriptions and payments are securely handled directly by Apple App Store and Google Play billing interfaces.

Children's Privacy

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any user data whatsoever, we do not have any child-related data stored.

PDF Engineering Reports

The App allows users to export professional PDF reports summarizing calculation parameters. These documents are compiled entirely locally on your mobile processor. They are not uploaded to any server. Sharing and printing are handled through your mobile operating system's native sharing dialogues.
